Event Planning Packages and Pricing

 

 

 

I offer three main packages.  No event is too big or small. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to helping you!

 

 

Day of Planning Package - $3,500 

 

-For the client who would like to plan most of their event themselves and would like help with details.

Your planner will carefully carry out all of your plans for your event so you can enjoy the day!

  • Initial consultation, client questionnaire

  • Unlimited communication of phone calls and email  (during business hours)

  • Partial reception and ceremony planning

  • Preferred Vendors List

  • Help with timeline construction

  • Help keeping bridal party and vendors on previously established timeline

  • Direct communication with all vendors two weeks leading up to day of

  • Planning tools

  • Floor planning assistance

  • One meeting with planner prior to day of

  • Venue walkthrough prior to day of

  • Help with set up and break down of ceremony

  • Help with set up and breakdown of reception

  • Planner present for 10 hours on the day of the event

  • Planner's assistant present for day of

Full Planning Package- $6,000 

 

-For the client who wants to fully enjoy their engagement. 

Your planner will hold your hand the entire way though!

You have the freedom to be as much or as little involved as you desire.

  • Initial consultation, client questionnaire

  • Full reception and ceremony planning

  • Assistant Planner present for 10 hrs on the day of 

  • Hand selected venue and vendor choices tailored to the clients desires and budget

  • Personalized event design board

  • Budget Planning

  • Event Design

  • Planning tools 

  • Unlimited communication of phone calls and emails (during business hours)

  • 2 meetings with planner 

  • Planner meets and visits with all desired venues and vendors

  • Planner continues direct contact with all vendors throughout the entire process

  • Timeline construction

  • Floor Plan 

  • Planner present for the rehearsal 

  • Planner present for 10+ hrs  on the day of the event

  • Full set up and break down of ceremony

  • Full set up and break down of reception

A Piece of Planning- %15 commission per vendor booked

- For the busy/ overwhelmed client who would like help booking specific vendors.

*This option can be added to the Day of Package as needed.

Your Planner will directly book and coordinate chosen vendors for you saving you time and unneeded headaches.
